AUSTIN, TX, Aug. 12, 2014 – Clear Measure, Inc., a custom software
engineering firm, announced today that it has established a wholly owned
subsidiary, DevOps Unlimited, to meet strong market demand for hosting,
management and operations of software systems. This new group, under
the direction of Paul Drew, president, will help fuel Clear Measure’s growth
as an industry leader that enables companies to achieve critical ROI and
measurable results through technology. The company also announced the
appointment of two software engineering vice presidents, James Shaw and
Paul Leury, who join 20 other Clear Measure new hires over the past 19
months.

Clear Measure has added 22 clients in the last 18 months, across all
industries, including financial services, healthcare, professional services,
manufacturing and technology services. The company is on a trajectory to
more than double the size of its business within the next 10 months, with
plans to continue hiring aggressively in Texas and beyond.
New Subsidiary
Clear Measure formed DevOps Unlimited, based in Dallas, to provide end-
to-end value for its clients throughout the full lifecycle – from design and
building, to maintenance and support. DevOps provides the operations and
maintenance for the systems that Clear Measure designs and builds. Paul
Drew is a long-time DevOps and I/T operations expert, who has provided
enterprise scale DevOps services to companies of all sizes, including some
of the world’s largest brands in healthcare and pharmaceutical, financial
services and others.
New Hires
As vice presidents at Clear Measure, Shaw and Leury manage all aspects of
customer engagements, from business analysis and systems architecture to
long-term software engineering and systems management. Shaw brings 30
years of experience as a software engineer and executive to Clear Measure,
having managed large-scale software engineering organizations serving
Fortune 500 companies.
Leury brings 21 years of experience from senior engineering and
management roles building high performing, mission-critical business
systems. He specializes in engineering high-availability e-commerce and
financial services applications as well as large-scale application performance.
Leury was recently chief technologist of Crossroads Systems and was
formerly chief technologist with Austin Provider Solutions, a healthcare
information services firm.
