Clear Measure has been on a hiring frenzy. As seen in our previous posts, we like to post a bio of each of our employees as they join. Over the next few days we’ll be sharing with you the new faces that have joined Clear Measure over the past week. Up first is our new Principal Architect, Justin Mason:
Justin Mason has been designing and writing software for over 16 years. Receiving his Psychology degree from Radford University, Justin used his liberal arts foundation as a booster for his computer science future. For most of his career Justin has worked as a programming consultant, which has provided him the opportunity to work across a diverse set of businesses and industries. He has written real-time drilling applications for drilling rigs, developed manufacturing automation software for automating conveyor belts and label printing on an assembly line, designed and developed web applications for multiple large enterprises, and architect-ed many other solutions for a variety of customers.
His skills and known code languages are numerous: C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, CSS, HTML, Web.API, and Java, while he’s also savvy in the programs of PowerShell, Nant, TFS, TeamCity, and more. More importantly, when he’s not working Justin spends time with his wife of 16 years Stacy, as well as his two children Trinity and Isaac. As a fun fact, Justin is a passionate musician as well.
At Clear Measure, Justin’s title will be Principal Architect. Justin will ensure deadlines are met and will act as the lead for one to two projects; designing the implementation of code for these projects. His first system will be completing rewrite of a multi-million dollar eCommerce application. Part of this process will be integrating antiquated code technology to today’s standards, while ensuring the system will be able to maintain integrity into the future as well. We believe Justin’s expert skills and past experiences make him an excellent fit for this position and we’re thrilled to have him join us an employee!
